MSMC Journal Feature

In 2024, the Medical Society of Milwaukee County (MSMC) prioritized addressing gun violence and its impact on community health. This critical initiative was featured in Milwaukee Journal Sentinel columnist Paul Smith’s article, “Smith: Son of My Predecessor, Now a Doctor, Takes on Firearm Injuries.”

The article was further recognized as one of Paul Smith’s favorite stories of 2024 in the year-end recap, “Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Sports Reporters’ Favorite Stories of 2024.”
